A wonderful opportunity to experience the magic of ACE Free Work. Co-hosted with the brilliant Matt from South West Dog Skills. ACE Free Work is sensory exploration for dogs, but also so much more! The set ups allow them reset physically and emotionally, while building a strong connection between handler and dog and enaballing us to further support them on their journey through their lives. It helps us build our observational skills of our companions, find what they find meaningful to learn with and utilise. It can be used to support dogs in every situation that may arise for them. Come and experience the magic first hand, there's nothing like it. Spectator space (no dog) - £60 Handler spaces - £125 Workshop Information: If you have any food allergies please let me know. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be on available throughout the day, please help yourselves whenever needed it's a relaxed day. Dogs Coming *Please leave dogs in cars until called, bar toilet runs and lunch break* If they need a wee before we start please give each other a wide birth as some dogs coming are reactive. Chat amongst yourselves to maybe relay dogs if needed. We start at 10am, if you need to arrive a little early to let them out before resettling that's fine. Itinery/Content: 9:40/45 arrive and settle dogs (Matt & I will be inside setting up, come in when ready) 10am Start Introduction to ACE (Animal Centred Education) What is ACE Free Work How does ACE Free Work benefit dogs How to utilise ACE Free Work principles in the real world What are ACE Observations & what to look for during an ACE Free Work session Working through each dog in turn setting up meaningful set ups for dogs Lunch Second round and building on what we have learnd form the dog and making adjustments for dogs based on observations from the first 4pm/4:30pm finish Things to Bring: Lunch Notebook & pen if wanted Wallet if you want to buy some goodies, I'll have the full shebang available :D Things to Bring for Dogs: Lots of small smelly treats &/or a toy - whichever motivates your dog Something licky that you can spread Easy to consume chews (i.e. rabbit ears) Flat collar & harness if possible with a ‘normal’ lead approx 2-3m long such as the Houndagrip Training Leads & standard leads (no flexi/extendable or chain leads) An occupier for the car (such as stuffed KONG/LickiMat)

Clients can cancel/reschedule their sessions have a 48 hour before. After this time frame you will not be entilited to a reschedule unless due to illness or emergency.
