Q: Can I collect my order to save postage?

A: Absolutely! You can collect at my Training Room or is we have a session coming up I will bring the items along.

Q: Do you offer returns & refunds?

A: Yes if the item is unused and damaged within 14 days. Unless it is singlular open chews.

Q: Can the toys and snuffle items be washed?

A: Yes! Anything that isn’t real fur/wool can be washed at 30 degrees . Wool toys will need to washed on cold. Please do not put toys or snuffle items in the tumble drier as they may get damaged.
